After Hours 512 is hosted by Hypnotised, who has announced his guest DJ Ethen Bass and the playlists for their new show. Scientific Sound Asia is the leading Asian electronic music station, DJ agency, and promoter, boasting an international following.
In the first hour, Hypnotised takes the helm. Originally from Ghent, Belgium, he experienced the vibrant beginnings of legendary parties like "I Love Techno" and "10 Days of Techno." His sets now focus on deep progressive and tech sounds that are sure to captivate. Alongside his partner PatriZe, he hosts the acclaimed "After Hours" show on three radio stations worldwide: TM Radio (USA), Cosmos Radio (Germany), and Scientific Sound Asia (Vietnam).
In addition to the weekly show, they run a monthly program called "AH Digital Essentials" on Proton Radio (USA), as well as Hypnotised's monthly show “Energetic” on Progressive Beats Radio (Germany). His intriguing sets have earned him invitations to perform on numerous radio stations around the globe, including Ibiza Global Radio, Frisky Radio, DI FM, Golden Wings Music Radio, Insomnia FM, Groove City Radio, Fnoob Techno Radio, Urgent FM, Ibiza Soul-Radio, and many others.
Hypnotised has shared the stage with top artists like Marco Bailey, Tom Hades, Purple Disco Machine, Jesse Rose, and Nick Bril at renowned festivals and clubs such as the Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE), Deep on Deck Festival (South Africa), Club NL (Amsterdam), Decadance (Ghent), W Lounge (Amsterdam), Citylife (Terneuzen), Niche Club (Ghent), and Zanzibar (South Africa).
In 2015, Hypnotised began managing his label AH Digital, marking the start of his producing career. His work consistently rises in the "Beatport Top 100 releases," garnering support from notable figures in the scene. His first EP, “People from the Otherworld,” climbed to no. 4 on the charts, with its title track later remixed by top-selling artist Rui Da Silva.
More recently, Hypnotised's EP "Infinity" reached impressive positions in the Beatport charts, securing the second spot in both the Progressive House and Trance categories and third in Techno. He also began producing under the alias “Man on the Moon,” launching his debut track "Sense" on the prestigious Bonzai label, winning a Metapop remix contest, and receiving airplay on Belgium's top radio station, Studio Brussels.
Aside from AH Digital, he has collaborated with labels such as Bonzai Progressive, Green Martian, SLC-6 Music, Pro-B-Tech Music, Stellar Fountain, Vesta Records, and many more. The guest DJ for this week's second hour is Ethen Bass, also known as Rohan Ramnathan, an Indian DJ and producer who began his musical journey in the studio. His DJ career took off in 2008 when he acquired a DJ controller and developed a passion for Techno, Progressive House, and Trance.
Over the years, Ethen has evolved while staying true to his melodic roots, gaining recognition for his Progressive House and Techno sets. He prides himself on his versatility across genres, always prioritizing the audience's enjoyment.
Ethen has shared the stage with both local and international talents like Kash Trivedi, Ankytrixx, and Sequ3l, performing at various venues in India and supporting headline acts.
As a producer, Ethen made a mark with his debut release, 'Conundrum,' a collaboration with H3 on Lohit Records, receiving praise from artists worldwide.
His goal is to continue spreading joy through his music, maintaining a positive outlook despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, and striving to inspire both fans and fellow artists.
