After Hours 542, hosted by Hypnotised, has announced its guest DJ IMaL SL and the playlists for their latest show. Scientific Sound Asia is a leading electronic music station, DJ agency, and event management company serving the Asian region and beyond.
This week's host, Hypnotised, hails from Ghent, Belgium. He was part of the vibrant electronic music scene during the early days of iconic events such as "I Love Techno" and "10 Days of Techno."
Back then, he played a variety of styles at some of Ghent’s most renowned venues. Today, he mesmerises audiences with deep, progressive, and tech sounds.
Together with his partner PatriZe, Hypnotised hosts the popular radio show "After Hours," broadcast on TM Radio (USA), Cosmos Radio (Germany), and Scientific Sound Asia (Vietnam). In addition to their weekly show, they also present the monthly series "AH Digital Essentials" on Proton Radio (USA).
Hypnotised also curates his show *Energetic* on Progressive Beats Radio (Germany). His captivating sets have earned him guest spots on numerous stations worldwide, including Ibiza Global Radio, Frisky Radio, DI FM, Golden Wings Music Radio, Insomnia FM, Groove City Radio, Fnoob Techno Radio, Urgent FM, and Ibiza Soul-Radio.
He has shared the stage with top artists such as Marco Bailey, Tom Hades, Purple Disco Machine, Jesse Rose, and Nick Bril at prominent events like the Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE), Deep on Deck Festival (South Africa), and Club NL (Amsterdam), among others.
In 2015, Hypnotised launched his label "AH Digital" and began his journey as a producer. His releases frequently feature in the Beatport Top 100 charts and are supported by many leading figures in the scene.
His debut EP *People from the Otherworld* reached No. 4 on the charts, with the title track remixed by top-selling artist Rui Da Silva. His EP *Infinity* also made a significant impact, reaching second in both the progressive house and trance charts, and third in the techno charts.
Under his alias “Man on the Moon,” Hypnotised released the track "Sense" on the esteemed Bonzai label, receiving support and airplay on Belgium's top station, "Studio Brussels." His work spans several respected labels, including Bonzai Progressive, Green Martian, SLC-6 Music, Pro-B-Tech Music, Stellar Fountain, and many more.

His music has received support from well-known artists like DJ Ruby, Nikko Mavridis, and TEIAO, further cementing his reputation in the scene. He is passionate about bringing smiles to the crowd during his live performances, and his sets are known for their captivating energy and engaging atmosphere.
Currently, IMaL SL continues to perform at various events across Sri Lanka and is focused on expanding its reach internationally. His recent releases, such as "So Pure" on Bevel Rec and "Vispera" on Sounds and Frequencies Recordings, showcase his evolving sound and dedication to the craft.
