Collaborating with artists including Marco Bailey, Tom Hades, and Nick Bril, and showcasing his talents at esteemed venues and events like the Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) and the Deep on Deck Festival in South Africa, he has firmly established his reputation in the global house music arena.
The launch of his record label "AH Digital" in partnership with PatriZe in 2015 marked a pivotal moment in his career. The debut EP, 'People from the Otherworld,' received significant acclaim, achieving fourth place in the charts. The remix by Rui Da Silva played a crucial role in enhancing its visibility. This week’s guest DJ is Danny Lloyd, an accomplished Italian artist with a career that spans nearly three decades. Born and raised in a small town in Tuscany, Danny was surrounded by music from an early age.
His natural and eclectic approach led him to explore a wide range of musical directions, but it was electronic music that truly captured his heart. That pivotal moment of discovery set him on a journey that would define his professional life.
His exploration of the electronic spectrum spans from Ambient to Techno, with his first release arriving in 1995 under the alias “The Dream Project.” Since then, he has continued to evolve and innovate, producing music that is both emotive and technically refined.
Notably, Danny contributed to Francesco Farfa’s album “Human Bridge” with the track “Seaside Highways,” and co-produced “Big Bang” with Andrea Cassino under their joint alias “Nocturna.” The latter was released on the acclaimed Sudbeat Music label and remixed by Hernan Cattaneo & Soundexile, and Graziano Raffa.
Danny’s work has received widespread support from some of the most respected names in the industry, including Sasha, Armin Van Buuren, Paul Oakenfold, Robert Babicz, Guy J, Guy Mantzur, Chicola, Lonya, Paco Osuna, and Dousk, to name just a few. His international appeal has seen him perform across Italy, Argentina, the Netherlands, and Spain, building a loyal following along the way.
In recent years, Danny has continued to share his musical vision through his monthly radio show “ELEMENTS,” which showcases his signature blend of atmospheric, melodic, and progressive sounds.
