After Hours host PatriZe has announced that his guest DJ for the upcoming show will be Agustin Pengov. Scientific Sound Asia, a prominent electronic music station, serves as the voice of the underground scene across the Asian region and globally. Known for delivering fresh and innovative sounds, 'After Hours' showcases the most promising DJs and producers from the Progressive House, Techno, and various sub-genres of house music.

In the first hour, PatriZe will take the helm, bringing his finely-tuned progressive sets to the airwaves. Hailing from Belgium, PatriZe's musical journey began at a young age when he purchased his first set of turntables. Initially attracted to the energetic rhythms of Trance and Techno, his tastes evolved towards the more sophisticated and emotive styles of Progressive House. His big break came in 2010, thanks to a collaboration with Pole Folder from Bedrock Records and Reworck. His talent was further recognised when he won the prestigious Night Museum DJ competition in France, which gave him the opportunity to warm up for the legendary Guy J.

PatriZe has built a reputation for his seamless transitions, carefully curated track selections, and unique style that blends melodic layers with subtle tech influences. Now based in Thailand, he is a key player in the underground music scene in Pattaya, performing regularly at venues such as Beachspot (Jomtien Beach) and Thai Lounge & Terrace. His captivating performances have earned him a dedicated following, making him a staple in the local music community.

Beyond his DJ career, PatriZe is deeply involved in the global Progressive House movement. He hosts his shows in Europe and the USA, using these platforms to spotlight emerging and established talent. As the founder of AH Digital, a label he co-founded with Hypnotised in 2015, he plays a crucial role in discovering and promoting cutting-edge Progressive House music worldwide. The label’s first release, *People from the Otherworld*, was a huge success, reaching No. 4 on the Beatport Progressive House chart and earning praise from top artists in the genre. A remix of the title track by Rui Da Silva further solidified its impact.

PatriZe continues to produce and release music that resonates with audiences and critics alike. His 2015 EP *Infinity* saw similar success, hitting the top spots in the Progressive House, Trance, and Techno charts on Beatport. Under his alter ego "Man on the Moon," he has also made waves with tracks like *Sense*, released on the esteemed Bonzai label. His work has been recognised with several accolades, including winning a Metapop remix competition and receiving significant airplay on Belgium’s premier radio station, Studio Brussels.

Today, PatriZe balances his busy schedule between live performances, radio shows, and studio sessions. He collaborates with numerous respected labels, including Bonzai Progressive, Green Martian, SLC-6 Music, and Pro-B-Tech Music, and continues to push the boundaries of the genre. His commitment to his craft and the Progressive House scene ensures that he remains a pivotal figure in electronic music. Fans can look forward to more innovative projects and dynamic performances from this talented artist in the future.

This week's guest DJ (second hour) is Agustin Pengov, a rising talent from Villa Mercedes, San Luis, Argentina. Agustin's journey into electronic music began in 2016 when he discovered the vibrant Argentinian underground scene through artists like Jorge Savoretti, Luis Nievas, and Fernando Ferreyra.

It was this exposure that sparked his passion for Progressive House, a genre he quickly fell in love with. Eager to deepen his knowledge, Agustin explored the works of international Progressive House icons such as Hernan Cattaneo, Guy J, Nick Warren, Kamilo Sanclemente, and Cid Inc.

These influences played a key role in shaping his sound and inspiring him to take up music production himself. By the end of 2020, Agustin had taken his first steps as a producer, and his talent quickly became apparent.

He has since released music on highly regarded labels such as Balkan Connection, Droid9, and AH Digital, and his catalogue continues to grow.
