After Hours host PatriZe has revealed the lineup for the upcoming show, featuring guest DJ LastOnStage and their playlists. Scientific Sound Asia operates as an electronic music station, promoter, and DJ agency in Asia, reaching out to a global audience.
Every week, 'After Hours' showcases the top emerging DJs and producers worldwide, playing a range of genres including Progressive House, Techno, and other sub-genres of house music. The show's main emphasis is on the underground sounds currently making waves in their respective scenes.
PatriZe (first hour) is a Belgian producer who, at a young age, acquired his first turntables and quickly gravitated towards the more intense sounds of Trance and Techno. As time passed, his passion shifted towards the melodic and sophisticated sounds of Progressive House. Following years of performances in the Belgian music scene, he had his breakthrough in 2010 with Pole Folder of Bedrock Records and Reworck, in addition to winning the esteemed Night Museum DJ competition in France, where he warmed up for the renowned progressive artist, Guy J (Lost & Found, Bedrock).
PatriZe's commitment to perfecting his art has established him as a DJ known for his flawless transitions, impeccable track selection, and intricate melodic layers infused with tech nuances. Currently based in Thailand, PatriZe hosts his acclaimed Foundations and After Hours Series, making guest appearances on various global radio shows. With his radio programs in Europe and the USA, he diligently works towards advancing the underground Progressive House movement. As a dedicated producer and the founder of AH Digital label, PatriZe composes, discovers, and promotes Progressive House music worldwide.
For live performances, he can be found spinning records at venues such as Beachspot (Jomtien Beach) and Thai Lounge & Terrace (Pattaya), actively participating in the underground scene in Pattaya, where he has garnered a loyal following. Wherever he performs, he attracts a crowd eager to revel in his captivating selection of beats. In April 2015, he launched his label, AH Digital, with his collaborator Hypnotised, which marked the beginning of his successful producing career.
The duo's 2015 releases consistently made it to the Beatport Progressive House top 100 releases chart, with their first EP, “People from the Otherworld,” reaching the top spot at no. 4 and also securing positions in the top 20 of the Techno and Tech House release charts. They were also honoured to have the renowned artist Rui Da Silva remix the title track of their popular EP.
Currently based in Thailand, PatriZe continues to perform regularly, produce tracks, host radio shows on various stations, and release tracks on reputable labels, often achieving high rankings in the Beatport charts.
