PatriZe, the host of After Hours, has introduced his guest DJ Sebastian Haas and shared their setlists for the upcoming show. Scientific Sound Asia operates as an Asian event management company, electronic music station, and DJ agency, catering to both regional and international audiences.
Each week, 'After Hours' showcases the finest emerging DJs and producers from around the globe, spanning genres from Progressive House to Techno and various other house music sub-genres. The programme focuses on the underground sounds that are currently leading their respective scenes.
PatriZe, who hosts the first hour, is a producer from Belgium. At a young age, he acquired his first turntables and swiftly delved into the more intense sounds of Trance and Techno. Over time, his passion evolved towards the melodic and sophisticated sounds of Progressive House. After years of performing throughout the Belgian music scene, his breakthrough came in 2010 with Pole Folder of Bedrock Records and Reworck. Additionally, he won the esteemed Night Museum DJ competition in France, where he had the honour of warming up for the progressive luminary Guy J from Lost & Found and Bedrock.
PatriZe's dedication to refining his craft has earned him a reputation for seamless transitions, impeccable track selection, and layered melodies complemented by subtle techno undertones. Currently residing in Thailand, PatriZe broadcasts his acclaimed Foundations and After Hours Series, featuring guest appearances on several global radio shows. With his radio programmes in Europe and the USA, he diligently works to promote the growth of the underground Progressive House movement. As a passionate producer and founder of his label AH Digital, PatriZe creates, sources, and promotes Progressive House music on a global scale.
For live performances, you can catch him spinning at venues such as Beachspot (Jomtien Beach) and Thai Lounge & Terrace (Pattaya), among others. He is an active figure in the underground scene in Pattaya, performing throughout the city and cultivating a cult following. Wherever he goes, audiences flock to enjoy his captivating collection of beats. In April 2015, PatriZe launched his label AH Digital alongside his "partner in crime," Hypnotised, marking the beginning of his producing career.
The venture started successfully, with all 2015 releases by Hypnotised & PatriZe reaching the Beatport Progressive House top 100 releases. Their first EP, “People from the Otherworld,” even topped the chart at number four and also entered the top 20 of the Techno and Tech House release charts. It was a significant honour when the number one-selling artist Rui Da Silva remixed the title track of their popular EP.
Currently, PatriZe resides in Thailand, where he frequently performs and consistently produces tracks. In addition to his regular show on our station, he hosts radio shows on other stations and releases tracks on reputable labels that often trend well on Beatport charts.
Guest DJ Sebastian Haas.
This week's guest DJ for the second hour is Sebastian Haas, a London-based DJ and producer highly respected within the Progressive House community. Sebastian's name carries significant weight in the scene, with his releases and remixes consistently featured by prominent heavyweights.

Sebastian's latest release is a remix of "Equinoxe" for Fernando Olaya, which debuted last week on Colore. This track exemplifies his ability to reinterpret and elevate existing works, infusing them with his distinctive Progressive House flair. His productions not only resonate with audiences but also garner substantial support from fellow artists in the electronic music community.
