After Hours host PatriZe has announced that his next show will feature guest DJ ZAHNA. Scientific Sound Asia, a leading DJ agency, promoter, and electronic music station in the Asian region, continues to expand its international following.
'After Hours' is dedicated to showcasing the best upcoming DJs and producers from around the globe, focusing on genres ranging from Progressive House to Techno and other house music sub-genres. The programme highlights the underground sounds that are currently headlining scenes worldwide.
PatriZe, who hosts the first hour, is a Belgian producer who began his musical journey at a young age. He initially immersed himself in the harder sounds of Trance and Techno after purchasing his first turntables.
Over time, his passion evolved towards the melodic and intelligent nuances of Progressive House. After years of performing throughout the Belgian scene, his breakthrough came in 2010 when he collaborated with Pole Folder of Bedrock Records and Reworck. He also won the esteemed Night Museum DJ competition in France, which led to him warming up for progressive luminary Guy J (Lost & Found, Bedrock).
PatriZe's dedication to honing his craft has earned him a reputation for seamless transitions, meticulous track selection, and melodic layers infused with subtle tech undertones. Currently residing in Thailand, he broadcasts his renowned 'Foundations' and 'After Hours' series, making guest appearances on several global radio shows.
With his programmes airing in Europe and the USA, he strives to promote the growth of the underground Progressive House movement. As an avid producer and founder of his label AH Digital, PatriZe creates, sources, and promotes Progressive House music worldwide.
For live performances, PatriZe can often be found behind the decks at venues such as Beachspot (Jomtien Beach) and Thai Lounge & Terrace (Pattaya), among others. He is an active figure in Pattaya's underground scene, attracting a dedicated following wherever he plays. In April 2015, he launched his label AH Digital with his collaborator Hypnotised, marking the beginning of his producing career.
Their initial releases met with considerable success; all their 2015 releases reached the Beatport Progressive House Top 100 chart. Their first EP, *People from the Otherworld*, topped the chart at No. 4 and also entered the top 20 of the Techno and Tech House release charts. It was a significant honour for them when the No. 1 selling artist Rui Da Silva remixed the title track of their popular EP.
Currently, PatriZe continues to reside in Thailand, where he frequently performs and consistently produces new tracks. Alongside his regular show on our station, he also hosts radio shows on other stations and releases music on respected labels, often charting well on Beatport. His commitment to the Progressive House genre and his contributions to the global electronic music scene remain unwavering.

ZAHNA, this week's guest DJ for the second hour, hails from Neuquén province, Argentina, and is an emerging talent in the Progressive House scene. Despite being relatively new to the music production landscape, he has already established a significant presence with over 50 tracks and remixes released across various respected labels such as Bonzai Progressive, Future Avenue, Droid 9, AH Digital, and more.
His music is known for its atmospheric depth and rich, melodic structures, characteristic of the Progressive House genre. While still building his profile as a producer, ZAHNA is committed to refining his craft.
He is currently studying music production at Orbital, a renowned academy for DJs and producers located in Cordoba, Argentina. This has allowed him to not only enhance his technical skills but also to network and collaborate with other artists in the scene.
Alongside his studies, ZAHNA remains active as a DJ, performing regularly at various events in Cordoba. His sets are noted for their dynamic energy and his ability to blend deep, melodic grooves with more driving, hypnotic elements, making him a standout performer in both local and international circuits. Despite his rapid rise, he remains humble and focused on continual improvement, aspiring to push the boundaries of his sound and further contribute to the evolution of Progressive House music.
In After Hours 499, listeners were treated to a rich selection of progressive house tracks across both hours. During the first hour, DJ PatriZe showcased tracks from artists like J Lauda, Mariano Favre, and NOIYSE PROJECT, delivering a seamless blend of deep and melodic sounds.
The second hour, curated by DJ ZAHNA, continued the progressive house journey with standout tracks from Bird, Greg Ochman, and Kamilo Sanclemente.
