Bicycle Corporation has announced guest DJ Brendon P for their 'Roots' episode 130. Scientific Sound Asia is an Asian electronic music station, DJ agency, and event management company serving the region and internationally.
Bicycle Corporation is an Italian duo consisting of DJ and producer Marco Mei and the talented Stefano Ugliano, also known as 6884. They have released over 50 original tracks and various remixes in their partnership across house music and techno.
In the early nineties, Marco began his musical career as a DJ and producer, organizing his own House Music and Techno events under the collective name 'Urban People' throughout Italy.
His exceptional talent and unique style behind the decks quickly caught the attention of industry insiders and music enthusiasts alike. This recognition led to a prestigious residency at the renowned nightclub Pacha, a pivotal moment that marked the beginning of a remarkable musical career.
The opportunity to showcase his skills at such a prestigious venue not only solidified his reputation within the local scene but also opened doors to international opportunities. With his residency at Pacha, he captivated the audience with his electrifying sets and attracted the interest of promoters and event organizers from around the globe.
Born and raised in Torino, Italy, Stefano exhibited exceptional musical talent from a young age. He avidly studied classical piano, percussion, and drums, with a special affinity for Chopin and West African Djembe.
Nevertheless, the image of the DJ captivating the audience became increasingly fascinating to young Stefano. He pondered whether those electronic beats, which were rare on Italian radio stations in the '90s, would lead to a whole new chapter in his life, ultimately leading to the evolution of Bicycle Corporation.
