Bicycle Corporation is an Italian duo of the DJ and producer Marco Mei plus the skilled Stefano Ugliano aka 6884. As a pair, they have released over 50 original works and remixes across the spectrum of House and Techno.
In the early nineties, Marco embarked on his musical journey as a disc jockey, captivated by the emergence of Electronic and Afrocentric music. Following his introduction to these genres, he started hosting his own events as part of a collective called Urban People across Italy.
His talent on the decks brought him fame, leading to a residency at Pacha, Egypt. This residency earned him international recognition and DJ bookings, launching him on a global musical journey.
Stefano, who was born and raised in Torino, Italy, showed remarkable musical talent from a young age. He passionately studied classical piano, percussion, and drums, and had a deep appreciation for both Chopin's works and the West African Djembe.
However, as his interest in music expanded, he became particularly captivated by the image of the electronic DJ energizing the crowd. He had no idea that these electronic beats, which were difficult to find on '90s Italian radio stations, would open a completely new chapter in his life.
