Terence C, a guest DJ from Bicycle Corporation, is set to showcase his forthcoming show, Electronic Roots 123, on Scientific Sound Asia. As the premier electronic dance music station, promoter, and DJ agency in Asia, Scientific Sound Asia connects with audiences both locally and internationally.

Bicycle Corporation is a partnership between Italian DJ and producer Marco Mei and skilled producer Stefano Ugliano, who is also known as 6884. They have collectively produced and remixed more than 50 original tracks in the House and Techno genres, leaving a significant mark on the electronic music scene.

Marco embarked on his DJ career in the early 90s, driven by the emergence of Electronic music and Afro-centric beats. After entering the industry, he established Urban People, organizing House and Techno events throughout Italy. This led Marco to further delve into sound and event organization, ultimately securing a residency at Pacha in Egypt.

This pivotal role enhanced his reputation, opening up international DJ opportunities that propelled him into a worldwide career. His time at Pacha ignited his desire to showcase his talents to audiences across the globe.

Stefano, hailing from Torino, Italy, demonstrated remarkable musical talent from a young age. Encouraged by his parents to pursue music, he dedicated himself to classical piano, percussion, and drums, drawing inspiration from diverse music styles, including Chopin and West African rhythms. This wide-ranging background has significantly influenced his impact on electronic music.

Stefano's early experience with various music genres laid a strong foundation for his musical journey. His interest in electronic music was sparked in the 90s, a time when it was seldom played on Italian radio, but its rhythms and melodies enthralled him.

Even with their achievements, Marco and Stefano stay humble. They have returned to some of their initial creations, highlighting their devotion to their musical roots. Lately, they established a Bandcamp page to distribute their works, emphasizing their dedication to maintaining their artistic legacy.

Presented by Marco and Stefano, Electronic Roots is a radio show focused on House and Techno, providing a stage for notable artists from all over Asia. This project honours the diversity of the Asian electronic music scene and promotes global connections and collaborations.

Before the pandemic, Terence collaborated with DJ XU, a well-known figure in Kuala Lumpur, to co-host monthly Techno events at Zouk titled "We Love Techno." The event's purpose was to acquaint audiences with the underground sounds of labels such as Drumcode and Cocoon Recordings.

Under his leadership, "We Love Techno" evolved into a leading platform for innovative electronic music and up-and-coming Techno artists. Terence’s expertise, along with DJ XU’s impact, enhanced Kuala Lumpur’s electronic music scene and provided fans with an unforgettable auditory experience.

Terence started his career in 1998 with guidance from DJ Chris Doss, rapidly gaining recognition in Malaysia. Regularly performing at places such as Cubeat and Globar, he gradually climbed the ranks in the music industry.
