Graham Gold, a globally renowned British DJ, has been a dominant force in the electronic music industry for over four decades. Recognised for his unparalleled talent and contribution to the dance music scene, he has performed worldwide, captivating audiences with his dynamic sets and unique musical selections.
As a former fixture in DJ Magazine's Top 100 DJs for eight consecutive years, his influence continues to resonate, solidifying his reputation as a pioneer in the genre. Graham first gained widespread recognition through his legendary London club night, Peach, a staple in the city’s nightlife for many years.
His highly popular residency at Kiss 100 FM propelled him to international stardom, attracting a dedicated following that spanned continents. His signature sound, a fusion of house, progressive house, melodic techno, and deep tech, has continued to evolve, ensuring his music remains fresh and exciting for listeners worldwide.
His career began with a ten-year residency at Gulliver's Club in Mayfair, London, where he performed six nights a week, honing his craft and earning a reputation as a skilled selector. His passion for Afrocentric music led to the creation of The Funky Road Show, a mobile disco venture in collaboration with his friend Duncan Uren, which helped introduce diverse musical styles to London’s nightlife.
By the age of 18, he was a staple in London’s club circuit, playing a mix of reggae, soul, disco, and jazz-funk, laying the foundation for his future success. As pirate radio gained prominence in the late 1970s and early 1980s, Graham secured multiple residencies, further amplifying his influence in the underground music scene.
