After Hours host PatriZe has announced guest DJ Matias Delongaro and the setlists for the upcoming show. Scientific Sound Asia, an established electronic music station, promoter, and DJ agency continues to serve both the Asian region and international audiences.
Playing a variety of genres, from Progressive House to Techno and other house music sub-genres, After Hours consistently showcases the best up-and-coming DJs and producers from around the globe. The show focuses on underground sounds that dominate the current scenes.
PatriZe, who will host the first hour, is a producer from Belgium. At a young age, he purchased his first turntables and quickly developed a taste for the more aggressive sounds of Trance and Techno. Over time, his passion evolved towards the melodic and complex elements of the Progressive House genre.
After years of performing across the Belgian scene, PatriZe had his breakthrough in 2010 when he played alongside Pole Folder of Bedrock Records and Reworck. His success was solidified after winning the esteemed Night Museum DJ competition in France, where he had the honour of warming up for progressive legend Guy J (Lost & Found, Bedrock).
PatriZe’s dedication to perfecting his craft has earned him a reputation for smooth transitions, exceptional track selection, and melodic layers with subtle tech undertones. Currently based in Thailand, he broadcasts his renowned Foundations and After Hours series, which feature guest DJs and are aired on global radio platforms.
With his radio shows in both Europe and the USA, PatriZe is committed to supporting the growth of the underground Progressive House movement. As a prolific producer and the founder of his label AH Digital, PatriZe continues to create, promote, and champion Progressive House music on an international scale.
For live performances, PatriZe can often be found playing at venues such as Beachspot (Jomtien Beach) and Thai Lounge & Terrace (Pattaya). He remains a key figure in Pattaya’s underground music scene, where his sets regularly draw a loyal following.
Wherever PatriZe performs, crowds are eager to experience his captivating sets. In April 2015, PatriZe co-founded AH Digital with his long-time collaborator Hypnotised, and his production career soon flourished.
The journey began successfully, with all of the 2015 releases from Hypnotised & PatriZe making it into the Beatport Progressive House Top 100. Their debut EP, *People from the Otherworld*, climbed to number four and also made it into the top 20 of the Techno and Tech House charts.
It was a significant honour when No. 1 selling artist Rui Da Silva remixed the title track of their well-received EP. Today, based in Thailand, PatriZe continues to release music and perform regularly. Alongside his regular show on Scientific Sound Asia, he also appears on other radio stations, releasing tracks on respected labels that frequently chart well on Beatport.
Guest DJ Matias Delongaro.
This week's guest DJ for the second hour is Matias Delongaro. Matias is a DJ and producer from Mendoza, Argentina. His production and DJ career began in 2017, and he has firmly established himself within genres such as Progressive House, Deep House, Organic House, and others.
Over the years, his sound has developed through a wide range of influences, and his inspiration is drawn from his admiration of mountain ranges. He likens the peaks and valleys in his music to the natural topography of alpine landscapes.
Matias’s music has earned support from artists such as Lucas Rossi, Nicholas Van Orton, Nick Warren, Blue Cell, Nishan Lee, and many more. He has released original tracks and remixes on labels including Soundteller, 3rd Avenue, Mystic Carousel, M-Sol Records, and a variety of others. His main goal for the coming year is to continue his journey through the evolving world of music, further establishing his signature sound across various genres.
