Marco Mei has announced the timetable for his upcoming broadcast on Saturday. Scientific Sound Asia Radio functions as an English-language station, DJ agency, and event organizer for electronic music across several Asian nations such as India, China, Thailand, Taiwan, Korea, Sri Lanka, and others.
With nearly three decades of experience, Marco is a well-regarded DJ and producer hailing from Italy. During his formative years, he developed a deep passion for Afrobeat, Reggae, Funk, Disco, early Hip Hop, and the evolving electronic music styles.
In the early 1990s, he embarked on his journey as a Disc Jockey, delighting crowds at various venues across Italy. Marco refined his craft by taking part in numerous festivals and clubs worldwide, sharing the stage with renowned DJs like Roger Sanchez, David Morales, Ralph Falcon, and Sander Kleinenberg.
His career took off in the early 2000s after landing a residency at Pacha Club in Sharm-El-Sheikh. With increasing popularity, he went on international tours, showcasing his talent at renowned venues such as OBS (Saigon), Fuse (Brussels), CE' LA VI (Taipei), Shore Club (Hoi An), Bangaluu (Berlin), G-Star (Pattaya), Woobar (Bali), and Global Dance Moscow, among many more.
In 2009, Stefano Ugliano, also known as 6884, teamed up with Marco to establish Bicycle Corporation as a production duo. Their collaborative efforts in the studio resulted in the development of more than 50 tracks and remixes.
Recognized by numerous prominent artists in the House Music scene, these tracks were. Marco moved to Taipei, Taiwan in the early 2010s and regularly performed at various clubs and venues across the city.
Marco, a talented DJ and producer, is affiliated with our online radio station and is also associated with our DJ Agency. He showcases a diverse selection of music genres such as Deep House, Tech House, Afro House, Melodic Techno, Nu-Disco, Indie Dance, Electronica, and Techno on his weekly show.
Marco Mei’s 14th November 2020 episode presents an eclectic journey through Detroit Techno, Deep House, and Tech House.
