Marco Mei made public his playlist for his show this Saturday. Scientific Sound Asia Radio is the English language electronic music station, DJ agency, and event management company for India, China, Thailand, Taiwan, Korea, Sri Lanka and the rest of the region.
Marco is an experienced Italian DJ and producer, with a career spanning over thirty years. His passion for Afrocentric and electronic music ignited during his youth, leading him to kickstart his DJ journey in the early 1990s.
During his early years in the industry, Marco showcased his talent across Italy, gradually refining his craft by performing at various festivals and clubs worldwide. This dedication enabled him to share the stage with renowned figures like Roger Sanchez, David Morales, Ralph Falcon, and Sander Kleinenberg.
By the turn of the millennium, Marco secured a residency at the Pacha Club in Sharm-El-Sheikh, propelling him to tour prestigious nightclubs globally. From Observatory (Saigon) to Woobar (Bali) and many more, Marco has graced the decks alongside industry legends.
In 2009, Marco partnered with Stefano Ugliano (aka 6884) to establish Bicycle Corporation. Their combined studio expertise has resulted in a diverse portfolio of over 50 tracks and remixes, well-received within the electronic music community.
Currently based in Taipei, Taiwan, Marco relocated there at the beginning of the last decade, where he continues to perform at various events across the city. As part of our online radio station's lineup, Marco contributes to a talented pool of DJs and producers.
His weekly show showcases a mix of genres, including Deep House, Tech House, Afro House, Melodic Techno, Nu-Disco, Indie Dance, Electronica, and Techno. For international bookings, Marco is available through our DJ Agency.
