Marco Mei has shared the lineup for his upcoming broadcast on Saturday. Scientific Sound Asia Radio is an electronic music station, DJ agency, and event organizer operating in English across Asia, including India, China, Thailand, Taiwan, Korea, Sri Lanka, and other regions.
With nearly three decades of experience, Marco is a well-regarded DJ and producer hailing from Italy. During his formative years, he developed a deep passion for Afrobeat, Reggae, Funk, Disco, early Hip Hop, and the evolving electronic music styles.
In the early 1990s, he started working as a Disc Jockey, delighting crowds at various venues across Italy. Marco refined his craft by taking part in numerous festivals and clubs worldwide, sharing the stage with renowned DJs like Roger Sanchez, David Morales, Ralph Falcon, and Sander Kleinenberg.
His career took off in the early 2000s after landing a residency at Pacha Club in Sharm-El-Sheikh. With increasing popularity, he started touring internationally and showcasing his talent at renowned venues such as OBS (Saigon), Fuse (Brussels), CE' LA VI (Taipei), Shore Club (Hoi An), Bangaluu (Berlin), G-Star (Pattaya), Woobar (Bali), and Global Dance Moscow, among many others.
In 2009, Stefano Ugliano, also known as 6884, teamed up with Marco to establish a production duo, resulting in the birth of Bicycle Corporation. Their collaborative expertise in the studio resulted in the production of more than 50 tracks and remixes after they joined forces.
Embraced by the House Music community, these tracks gained recognition from numerous renowned artists. In the early 2010s, Marco moved to Taipei, Taiwan, where he regularly performed at various clubs and venues across the city.
Marco, a talented DJ and producer, is a member of both our online radio station and our DJ Agency. He showcases a diverse selection of music genres such as Deep House, Tech House, Afro House, Melodic Techno, Nu-Disco, Indie Dance, Electronica, and Techno on his weekly show.
