Marco Mei has released his playlist for his next show. Scientific Sound Asia is the English language electronic music station, promoter, and DJ agency for China, Thailand, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia and the rest of the Asian region.
Marco is an Italian DJ and producer with over two decades of grounding. Marco spent his early years evolving with Afrobeat and with the genesis of electronic music he set off on his career as a DJ.
Since the early nineties, he has been perfecting his craft on the turntables at various incredible festivals and nightclubs worldwide for more than twenty-five years. He has had the opportunity to perform alongside renowned international DJs such as Roger Sanchez, David Morales, Ralph Falcon, and Sander Kleinenberg.
During the early 2000s, he secured a residency at Pacha Club in Sharm-El-Sheikh. He then set off on a journey as a DJ and producer, performing at numerous cutting-edge nightclubs worldwide, including Arcan (Saigon), Fuse (Brussels), Room 18 (Taipei), Shore Club (Hoi An), Bangaluu (Berlin), G-Star (Pattaya), SOS Supper Club (Bali), and NLO (Minsk), collaborating with artists like Harry “Choo Choo” Romero, Justin Berkmann, and Funk D’Void.
In his formation with Stefano Ugliano an ensemble by the name of Bicycle Corporation was formed. As a duo, they have released over 50 tracks and remixes that have been given plays by a fair selection of International icons.
At present Marco dwells in Taiwan where he carries out his profession as a DJ with great mastery which has allowed him to become part of the ever-growing group of world-renowned DJs and producers on Scientific Sound Asia radio.
His weekly show features a broad selection of genres including Deep House, Tech House, Afro House, Melodic Techno, Nu-Disco, Indie Dance, Electronica, and Techno. He is available for further bookings through our DJ Agency.
