For the upcoming show, PatriZe, the host of After Hours, has revealed that DJ Brian De Santis will be the guest. Scientific Sound Asia operates as an Asian electronic music station, DJ agency, and event management company serving both the regional and international markets.
'After Hours' showcases the top emerging DJs and producers worldwide every week, featuring a range of genres from Progressive House to Techno and various house music sub-genres. The show's main emphasis is on the underground sounds that dominate their respective scenes.
Originating from Belgium, PatriZe started his music career by acquiring his first turntables at a young age. He swiftly transitioned from the intense vibe of Trance and Techno to developing a deep appreciation for the harmonious and sophisticated tunes of Progressive House as time went by.
Having played extensively in the Belgian music scene for years, he achieved recognition in 2010 when he collaborated with Pole Folder of Bedrock Records and Reworck. Additionally, he won the prestigious Night Museum DJ competition in France and had the opportunity to warm up the stage for the renowned progressive artist, Guy J, from Lost & Found and Bedrock.
Thanks to his dedication to perfecting his skills, PatriZe is known for his smooth transitions, excellent track selection, and melodic layers infused with a hint of tech elements. He currently lives in Thailand, where he hosts his popular Foundations and After Hours Series, making guest appearances on various international radio programs.
By hosting his own radio shows in Europe and the USA, he dedicates himself to fostering the expansion of his movement - the underground Progressive House scene. PatriZe, a passionate producer and the founder of AH Digital label, actively produces, discovers, and champions Progressive House music worldwide.
You can catch him performing live at various venues like Beachspot (Jomtien Beach) and Thai Lounge & Terrace (Pattaya). He is deeply involved in the underground music scene in Pattaya, playing gigs around the city and gathering a dedicated fan base.
Wherever he travels, the numbers accompany him to appreciate his captivating collection of beats. In April 2015, he established his label AH Digital with his "partner in crime" Hypnotised, leading to a rapid advancement in his producing career.
Things began positively as all the 2015 releases by Hypnotised & PatriZe made it to the Beatport Progressive House top 100 releases. Their debut EP, "People from the Otherworld," not only secured the 4th position on this chart but also entered the top 20 on the Techno and Tech House release charts.
It was then also a great honour for them that number. 1 selling artist Rui Da Silva remixed the title track of their popular EP. Currently, PatriZe is based in Thailand where he frequently performs and consistently releases tracks. In addition to his regular show on our station, he hosts radio shows on other stations and releases tracks under reputable labels that frequently trend on the Beatport charts.
