'After Hours' showcases a variety of genres ranging from Progressive House to Techno and other sub-genres of house music. Every week, the show features the most promising DJs and producers globally, with a focus on the underground sounds that are making waves in their scenes.
Originating from Belgium, PatriZe embarked on his music production journey by acquiring his first turntables at a tender age. Initially drawn to the raw energy of Trance and Techno, he gradually developed a deep appreciation for the harmonious and sophisticated tones of Progressive House as time went by.
Having played in the Belgian music scene for years, he achieved a breakthrough in 2010 when he collaborated with Pole Folder from Bedrock Records and Reworck. Additionally, he won the prestigious Night Museum DJ competition in France and had the opportunity to warm up the stage for the renowned progressive artist Guy J from Lost & Found and Bedrock.
Thanks to his dedication to perfecting his skills, PatriZe is known for his smooth transitions, thoughtful track selection, and melodic layers infused with subtle tech elements. He currently lives in Thailand, hosting his popular Foundations and After Hours Series while making guest appearances on various international radio programs.
By hosting his own radio shows in Europe and the USA, he dedicates himself to fostering the expansion of his movement - the underground Progressive House scene. PatriZe, a passionate producer and the creator of the AH Digital label, actively produces, discovers, and champions Progressive House music worldwide.
You can catch him performing live at various venues like Beachspot (Jomtien Beach) and Thai Lounge & Terrace (Pattaya). He is deeply involved in Pattaya's underground music scene, playing gigs across the city and attracting a dedicated fan base.
Wherever he travels, the numbers come along to appreciate his captivating selection of beats. In April 2015, he launched his own label AH Digital with his "partner in crime" Hypnotised, leading to a rapid progression in his music production career.
Things kicked off on a positive note, with all the 2015 releases by Hypnotised & PatriZe making it to the Beatport Progressive House top 100 releases. Their debut EP, "People from the Otherworld," not only reached no. 4 on this chart but also entered the top 20 on the Techno and Tech House release charts.
They were also greatly honoured when the top-selling artist Rui Da Silva remixed the title track of their popular EP. PatriZe currently resides in Thailand, where he frequently performs and consistently creates tracks. In addition to his regular show on our station, he hosts radio shows on other stations and releases tracks on reputable labels that often trend well on Beatport charts.
