For the upcoming show, PatriZe, the host of After Hours, has revealed that DJ Sistersweet will be his guest. Scientific Sound Asia operates as an electronic music station, DJ agency, and events management company in Asia and globally.
'After Hours' showcases a variety of music genres, including Progressive House, Techno, and other sub-genres of house music, featuring the most promising DJs and producers worldwide every week. The show highlights underground sounds that are leading the music scenes.
Originating from Belgium, PatriZe started his music career by purchasing his first turntables at a young age. Initially drawn to the raw vibes of Trance and Techno, he later developed a strong affinity for the harmonious and sophisticated tones of Progressive House.
Having played in the Belgian music scene for years, he achieved success in 2010 by collaborating with Pole Folder of Bedrock Records and Reworck. Additionally, he won the prestigious Night Museum DJ competition in France and had the opportunity to warm up the stage for the renowned progressive artist, Guy J, from Lost & Found and Bedrock.
Due to his dedication to perfecting his skills, PatriZe is known for his smooth transitions, careful track selection, and melodic layers infused with subtle tech elements. He currently lives in Thailand, where he hosts his popular Foundations and After Hours Series and makes guest appearances on various international radio programs.
PatriZe dedicates himself to advancing the underground Progressive House scene through his radio shows in Europe and the USA. He is a passionate producer and the founder of AH Digital, actively creating, curating, and advocating for Progressive House worldwide.
You can catch him performing live at various venues like Beachspot (Jomtien Beach) and Thai Lounge & Terrace (Pattaya). He is deeply involved in the underground music scene in Pattaya, playing gigs around the city and attracting a dedicated fan base.
Wherever he travels, the numbers accompany him to appreciate his captivating collection of beats. In April 2015, he launched his label AH Digital with his "partner in crime" Hypnotised, leading to a rapid progression in his music production career.
Things kicked off on a positive note, with all the 2015 releases by Hypnotised & PatriZe making it to the Beatport Progressive House top 100 releases. Their debut EP, "People from the Otherworld," not only secured the fourth spot on this chart but also entered the top 20 of the Techno and Tech House release charts.
It was then also a great honour for them that number. 1 selling artist Rui Da Silva remixed the title track of their popular EP. Currently, PatriZe resides in Thailand, where he frequently performs and consistently creates tracks. In addition to his regular show on our station, he also hosts radio shows on other stations and releases tracks on reputable labels that frequently trend on Beatport charts.
